At Baby Gold, we want you to be completely in love with your new jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, original condition items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original Baby Gold packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
